how do you set the font color to red in cell B3 IF cell B2-B1<5?
I did a search @ google, but they talks about something about VB script, etc... can you help me please!

ah no... that cell B3 changes the number everytime B2-B3... so i don't want to change the color of B3 everytime when i change the numbers of cell B2 and B3... sorry, my explaination is no good! I hope you understand!! :)

in menubar chose: Format -> Conditional Formatting...
after new window opens choose in Condition1 Formula is and in next box type:
=$B$1-$B$2<5
and push Format... button for font formating.

oh thank you... i wasn't entirely reading your second post... sorry!
how do you insert text right beside the output in the same cell?
For C2:
=B2-A2
the output is:
1
i want to put 'days' right beside the 1... i can't put 'B2-A2 days' for B3 cell formula... it doesn't work! :)
You'll be needing the concatenation tool.
=B2-A2 & " days."

You can create a special format like this " days"
remeber the blank before the d, otherwise it will look like this: 25days and you want 25 days. Then you can use that format everywhere in Excel where you need it.
