I am getting no responces on this forum from my other posts. I just want recommendations for a good Windows host with these requirements.
200+ MB space
3+ GB Transfer
5+ Subomains
25+ Email accounts
PHP4
2+ mySQL databases
Host located in west cost US (not necessary)
No more then $10 a month
I am also wondering if challengehost.com or crazyhosting.net is any good.

Well you're not going to get more responses by beginning more threads.

Mr. Floppy, Half the web hosts here should be out of business. Stick with some name brands and move on. Don't be a cheapskate because in a couple of months you will be back with a new sob story. Go to the other threads for an answer because people do not spam or solicit their services in this thread.
1) We cannot post about hosts we have no knowlege of. (well we could, but . . . . )
2) You may have to wait over an hour for your question to be answered. We are not your paid support, so you should try to be be patient. (some of your posts are less than an hour apart)
3) You can do a search.
I didn't get anything on challengehost, so I tried challenge host:

You might want to keep an eye on this thread. You gotta figure that if people stay with a host for very long, it must be decent.

You should post this in the hosting requests forum.. No host can give you an offer here as it is against the rules so that would be your best bet and also remember "patience is the key to.... uh... something"
