So many people have mentioned live chat - but I really don't see the point in it.

Personally, i'd love to see Muticurrenty support - its in the dev tracker so hopefully it'll be done soon.

What everyone fails to forget is, WHMCS is a billing system, with a very basic support tool built in, yes its good to have it built in to start with but it honestly, is a real pain in the rear end when you start to get a good number of clients. I would rather WHMCS concentrate on the billing side / domain modules etc.

LOL everyone thinks its supposed to be exactly like Kayako. I hope if they do add live support they dramatically raise the price.

nah live supports pointless bacause messing with packages like whmcs should not be for newbies only people who know what their doing.

In my opinion they should concentrate to be the best billing system instead of trying to add so many kayako-wannabe features

Yeah, I agree. Id rather them concentrate on billing and domain keep "up-to-date" and inline with new technologies, also some more UK stuff wouldn;t go a miss, stuff like PGP with Nominet.

and multicurrency or at least dual currency

Multisite/MultiCurrency and per-client type pricing levels are the two main features it's missing at present.

UK stuff wouldn;t go a miss, stuff like PGP with Nominet.
It already works fine with Nominet/PGP, and your setup was configured for you ages ago, so unless you've broken your o/s or gpg config it shoudl still be working :p

integration with quickbooks etc would also be on the list ..ie export to quickbooks

Multi currency is definitely a plus point. Other than that, I think live support would be great so we wont have to pay for another thing juts for live support!

I gotta throw my hat behind the whole live chat function. If that was built in, and the price was raised, I would STILL use it. Cheers.
