What is the best billing software that supports 2checkout.com and paypal at the same time.....
I am looking at perlbill.. But I am not sure on the order form, if you can selecte how you are going to pay? Since the demo isn't setup for paypal or 2checkout.com so it is hard to see.
I see modernbill doesn't support 2checkout.com so I guess that rules that out
ubersmith is WAY to much $$$ for me....
Not too sure about phpmanager....
Any others out there that support both paypal/2checkout.com?

PHPManager is top notch and very customizable.
Installs in a snap and is very well priced for the features you get.

Both integrate with 2checkout and PayPal and I know for a fact whmManager does so simultaneously. whmManager from nixt.org is open source and free, but has little support beyond its dedicated fans and it can be cranky to get installed and running.
The developer that makes PerlDesk also makes PerlBill and I hear he's currently enhancing PerlBill -- I can't intelligently address its usefulness or its price, but it's popular and well thought of by those who use it. PerlDesk is a jewel; I'd assume as much for PerlBill. Find them at http://perldesk.com/ and http://perlbill.com/ respectivly.

Well I e-mailed sales@perlbill.com allmost a week ago, still nothing back at all?!? Soo wondering what is going on there..

Hey,
I use both 2co and PerlBill. To tell you the truth, if you don'y know perl I would stay away, at least until v 1.5 or so.
It is buggy at times, and the client search feature has much to be desired, as one cannot search by Domain.
To integrate with 2CO, some creative coding is needed to make it work right.
John over at Perlbill can sometimes take a week or so to reply to your help tix, so If you have to have an answer imediately, don't hold your breast, ur....um..breath.
Other than that it is okay, but I needed to make several changes to the code to make it more functional.
