Would I be able to get a reseller account and just use it all for myself?? I found a site with good specs and a pretty good price but not sure if its allowed to use the account for 1 person. Please let me know, thanks!~

Sure you can. Hosts don't care who you resell to as long as it stays with their Terms of Service.

Ah... but the thing is gade2002, would you actually be able to use all the features/space. If you purchase a reseller at 1GB/20Gb and only use 200MB/5Gb then its a waste of money.

If the host however, doesn't have the plan u'd like, ask them for a custom plan as a reseller package. :) It may save you a few dollars.

Just buy what you need. :)

If you are really pushing 300gb there is no way any shared host or reseller host will accommodate you .. but this is just my opinion. You are better off getting a ded server

Yes, that's correct. No host in their right mind would add you to their shared server. Get your own server.
