Hello everyone,
We have a merchant account with Authorize.net and E-onlinedata. I beleive we pay around $0.30 cents per transaction (transaction fee). I was thinking, if we do not do a high volume of transactions, is it common to get the first 50 or 100 transactions free? If so do you know if they do it? or who would and can I negotiate that?

Who charges it, e-onlinedata or authorize.net for that matter, I am a little confused :(

I think I am referring to the visa and MC transaction fees? can these be negotiated? can we get them lower than $0.30 per transaction?

I believe you can going through a different provider of authorize.net, they have list of people who resell for them. I tried getting an e-onlinedata account, but wow was there so much hassle.

I don't know of any providers that give you free transactions off of the top of my head but there may be some out there.

I've been using PayPal website payments pro and regular PayPal and I've been pretty happy with it.

The 30 cent per transaction fee is a communication fee between the credit card, e-onlinedata and the bank. How long ago did you sign up with an account? Feel free to contact me, I'd love to take a further look at your account for you.

Most companies will offer you the first 100 transaction free with the proper amount of volume. How much volume and how many transactions do you have?
