I am a recent customer of you guys... and i want to make you a simple question.
In you comparison chart de 99.5% is related to the uptime... or downtime?
Am saying this because today:
- http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=thefingertips.com

Im not paying to have 99.5% of downtime!!

I get the same as you shown in your post.
I just had emailed support@hostpacket.com
about certain features not working. Of course I haven't had a response yet.
In fact I have sent 6 emails in 2 days, and none have been responded too.

If you keep having these types of problems I would say it's time to switch. When you choose a host you shouldn't have to be the one worrying about it and using tools to debug ... keep us updated though on what the problem is or was.

I would like to switch with my money back!
Maybe i will. i've got more downtime than uptime in my website!
I really would like to know what's the reason for todays problem...

Although I got the same dns report as originally posted.
I have no trouble accessing www.hostpacket.net or my site.
-------------------- Honest is the best policy --------------------------
I will stop posting negative comments when Kevin sends each Hostpacket customer a personal apology, for reprehensible downtime, and acknowledge that his policies regarding 30 day money back guarantee, 99,9% Uptime guarantee, daily backups, were misleading and gave the wrong impression to customers who were relying on these policies. In addition Kevin will need to change his TOS to clearly explain what each of these policies actually mean. Until this happens I will re-new the Hostpacket complaints from his current and past customers.
