I need a reliable Windows host with:
200+ MB space
3+ GB Transfer
5+ Subomains
25+ Email accounts
PHP4
2+ mySQL databases
Host located in west cost US preferably
No more then $10 a month
I am currently looking at challangehost.com or crazyhosting.net. Are either of them good? Do you have any recommendations? Thanks.

I would post this in the web hosting request forum ... you'll get answers from all types of hosting companies. Here you can only get suggestions but both are good.

I also want answers from people to shoot down any bad hosts that offer here or to recommend hosts for me.

Why does it seem like everyone else gets help except me?

Mr Floppy, hey!
First, you are doing the right thing by doing your homework! I think this board is excellent for it!
However, I think it's best for you to find other people (perform a search) who has asked similiar questions. Once you find a selection of your top 5 then do your homework on those 5 (the search feature is the most popular thing here). The thing is, your question gets asked all the time (not your specs, but the 'best host' question). THAT and it's mid-day so posting is light.
A cool thing to do is to post those specs in the web hosting requests forum and watch other hosting companies bite at your requests (and they'll make some incredible offers!!). Just stand guard (as Im sure you already know) that even the sweetest deal may seem good at first, but may have you back at these boards looking for another host later.
Best of luck!

Mr_Floppy
Are those your only requirements?
Do you have a preference as to which country the host resides in?
Do you have a particular price range in mind?
What sort of site are you looking to host?
cheers,
