Does anybody know if the OpenX ad server has a feature that allows you to add a text link ad to a keyword throughout the site? For example, let's say you have an advertisement for "BOSE Speakers" and everywhere on your entire website where you have the word "Speakers" your text link ad is shown.

Just wondering if OpenX has that feature. And if not, what other ad platforms, open source or proprietary have this.
