Each plan includes an hour of free support that should be more than enough to evaluate and update the system on an ongoing basis. WebServerMasters constantly monitors security sites for the most up to date information on attack methods. On any server critical bugs, we will contact you personally to discuss the course of action, and make sure it does not impact your business in a negative way.

Full access to our advanced ticket system
Top two tiers include discounts on hourly rates (for extra services)
Priority in the forums
Server Support tier includes normal server updates (under your guidelines)
CMS Support tier includes CMS system updates (under your guidelines)
A server hardening review.
A firewall review.
Monitoring service available at an extra charge.
Optional offsite backup service (with one time software license fee)
Top two tiers include optional default of 5 gigs offsite backup space (can be upgraded at $2 per gig per month)
Basic Support Tier includes optional 2 gigs of space for offsite backups
