Cybercash went chapter 11. Might want to think twice about using them.

Cybercash is as stable as any other company. Filing for chapter 11 is only a restructuring move that many companies make to reorganize.

I wouldn't worry at all about them.

If they were so stable, why did they need chapter 11 protection??

BTW, the stock price is down to 25/32 or $.78125 a share, down from a 52 week high of 15 1/2 and an all time high of 59 1/2 in May of 1996.

Yea, real stable company.

About the restructering:

As many of you know, on December 14, 2000, CyberCash announced
its intention to merge with Network 1 Financial Corp., a premier supplier
of payment processing systems and Internet payment services, to create
a single entity to offer the industry's most fully integrated payment
