Does anyone of you know where I can register domain names around $8USD/year accepting visa electron cards?

I dont think anyone can accept visa electron over the web.

I believe they can only be used, if they are swapped direct into a PDQ as you cannot manually type in the cards details, you can also not get voice authorisations on them.

Well my visa electron card is actually used to purchase stuff from the internet.... says so on my banks website.

I had Visa Electron when I was in Europe and purchased hosting from Easyspace by that card, so I guess there is possibility to pay.

I suggest you to try to register the domain name at godaddy.com

just tried godaddy, didn't accept my card :(

found this site wwregistrar.com, they accept visa electron but their price is roughly $12usd / year.
