Hi,
I am changing hosts, moving everything to resellerzoom. What's the best/quickest way to do the transfer, as I have about 10 cpanel accounts?
Thank you for any suggestions.

* Log into your individual cPanel accounts and generate full cPanel backups.
* Once generated, let us know and we'll transfer the accounts accross to your new RZ account and restore them.

Isn't WHM account transfer more easy? That would be better option and more customer friendly :)
Hi Dylan,
Thanks for the quick reply. I can't find the feature to generate the backup. I'm in Cpanel, and I tried searching for "backup" but can't find it. So I went to the Cpanel docs, and found this:
http://www.cpanel.net/support/docs/11/cpanel/files_backups.html
But I don't see the "Generate Full Backup" feature they are referring to. I'm using Cpanel 11 on the current host.

You have not many accounts. So moving them will not be hard for you. You can get backups of your accounts separately only on CPanel reseller hosting. If you could not see Backup menu on Cpanel when contact your current provider. They maybe disabled this feature.

Ok. In this case please open up a ticket with our support department and we'll have to manually transfer each account. It definitely sounds like your host has disabled the backup feature.

We prefer to keep things simple and to just have our new customers generate backups for us to copy across and restore under their account.
I will first ask the host to enable the backup feature, as I assume that would save you time.
I'll be in touch. Thanks!
