I would like to ask if you know any script (free/for sale). That I can use to convert all the entry from the web form to PDF.

This is the idea that I want to happen:
http://www.spreadfirefox.com/en-US/worldrecord/certificate_form

When you enter the word on the field it will be generated as PDF.
