I need to know the name of the parent company of myserverhosts.com. I have purchased a hosting from www.moonwebhost.com which is located http://node38.myserverhosts.com. Moonwebhost.com may be the reseller. but is not available anymore. Not receiving calls, not replying emails.

So, I need to contact the parent company and may be i will switch directly to them.

It would not be good to reveal the parent company. But if you search in google you may find out :)

If you see no response from your host, then start searching for a new one - there are many reputable hosts here in WHT.

This might help.. ping your website. This will give you the IP address of your website. Than check that IP at http://ws.arin.net/whois/ . It might give you some idea about parent company.
