I take for work from 200 $ up to 2000 $.
Including graphic design, HTML-coding and PHP-programming.
Work occupies from 2 weeks about 1,5 months.

Your work is pretty nice. You have a good eye for design. I am sure you will find work in no time.

As for apologizing because the sites are in Russian, never feel bad about that. Esthetically is the hardest part of web design, content is best left to the less-artistic. :)

You said you have the skills to do everything for the site, did you do the logo creation for 'http://www.intertechservice.ru/'? That is a really neat logo. I like the flash movie you setup on that page too. I am assuming it's some sort of tutorial. Nice look.

I am sort of thinking I might hire you in the near future. ;)
