View Full Version : WHM demo anywhere?
Hello here,
I'm looking for a WHM demo to set up at my web site but can't seem to find anyone. I know that someone made a cpanel demo removing the links and replacing with # - has anyone done something similar to the WHM? Currently the WHM demo is disabled due to abuse and I thought that a similar solution as with the cpanel skin would be fine.
Thanks
John
Appletreats did a WHM demo - ask him to give you the url.
Lats...

You could always build yourself a page with frames and copy the links like the WHM format. I've seen that done somewhere. It wouldn't take too much effort...

imitech 09-04-2002, 03:57 PM VenturesOnline have a WHM demo http://www.venturesonline.com/whmdemo/ shows some of the capabilities and features that WHM has to offer at root (not all of them though). You could actually do what Aussie Bob suggested and build yourself a page musing frames. I’m not saying you should copy VenturesOnline though ;) :D
mdrussell 09-04-2002, 04:29 PM Appletreats did this with PHP I believe. It was really quite impressive.
appletreats 10-08-2002, 11:02 PM I just noticed this...
http://www.spurvus.com/whmdemo/
Demo of reseller cPanel, made for my site. Most of the features work almost like they would in the real WHM, thanks to some advanced PHP (echo...)
phpcoder 10-08-2002, 11:32 PM Does VO still use CPanel 3? Its list all over thier site ;)

No. At least, not on that server.
TIME TO UPDATE!!!!! It has been LONG TIME since cPanel 3. And now V O 2 versions behind.
What will CUSTOMERS think? Remember:
Customers FIRST.
appletreats:
Suppose I am your customer, and we are the only two people left on earth. one of us has to die. Who do you want to die.. you or me (your customer)?
Are you sure that customers come first?
Sure, it's VERY important to make your customer always FEEL like they are the most important person in the world.. but you know differently.
And don't take what i've said the wrong way.. of course you should always make your best effort in order to take care of your customer. But I dislike when people always say that the customer is the most important person in the world.

LOL.. In business the most important person IS the customer.. In death, nothing is important.. because you are dead.. wierd psychology going there :)

SoftWareRevue 10-11-2002, 03:36 PM Only get 29 results when you search for "WHM+demo" http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%22WHM%2Bdemo%22 . Seems to weed out most of the ones that don't work.
