I use Echo and therefore cannot take payment for more than a month at a time. I have decided to use PayPal but am wondering if there is a way to make creating the welcome letter and account easier.

I would like to keep the welcome letter in the same format I have now. I could do it by filling in the blanks but that is time consuming and it also leaves room for a lot of mistakes.

Anyone have any idea on how to make this easier? Your input is appreciated.

Have someone write an order script to automatically do it. Or check out phpManager.com
