I am try to create a cpanel plugin like WHMresellerv3.

Basically i'm STUCK.
I dont understand it. Has anyone made any cpanel plugin or has anyone any tips/help for me.

I looked into this earlier in the year - my advice, look at the cPanel forums, the mailing lists they have for developers, and the docs P-nut sent you to.

You can also look at how existing plugins are written - you'll soon have the hang of it and manage to get it all working :)
