Based on your experience, would you like to give me some information what's the best billing system with the best affiliate system there ...

I've used modernbill V4, but I've never used the affiliate system.

MB is junk (all versions). I would recommend WHMCS. Its the best out there right now IMHO. Its affiliate system isnt super robust, but its not to bad. Depends on your needs. Idevaffiliate integrates with it though.

Although i'd normally suggest WHMCS i can't comment on the affiliate system as i've never used it, however, if it's as good as the rest of the software then it should be what you're looking for.
