* Find yourself a Good Billing system ie WHMCS (www.whmcs.com)
* Find yourself a good Merchant account for accepting payments, I good free one is PayPal (www.paypal.com)
* Learn your control panel, so you can help your clients with support
* If required, outsource your support if your not very technical

I agree with the reseller account option…to start with. It provides you with the infrastructure of an already established host, which improves your reliability and allows you to get on with serving customer needs.
