Does anyone know if you can create FAQs through h-sphere like you can with perldesk? I was just wondering if this was possible so that i dont have to find another program to just make FAQs.

nope. :) not as an inherent feature anyway..

There is a new feature in 2.3 that allows you to create a knowledge base through the support ticket system. It's pretty cool.
