I have little problems here.

Is that possible to set up mail quota on Plesk to 30 MB default?

If not, let say..that I setup the default quota to max=8 MB and when I send an attachment which has 25 MB, will the email baunch back?

You can setup a default mail quota if you login as admin click on the server tab and then go to mail.

If you try to send something that is over the mail quota it will bounce!!
