Okay, now this will seem a bit paranoid but are there any offshore domain registrars ? I know most domain registrars are Us or Uk Based but I have seemed to not have any luck with any offshore ones, does anyone have a solution to my issue or an explanation ? Because I really cant find any that seem legit.

So why are you looking for an offshore domain registrar, do you think they won't be following rules put in place by USA based registry or ICANN.

There are 938 ICANN accredited registrars, 12 from the UK, 578 from the USA.
So there are many left not in those two countries.

Well sorry to sound uneducated but aren't some registrars int he us more like easy to give up your whois info even when you get a privacy protect ?

I doubt that would happen, but anyways its a feature that resellerclub/answerable gives free. There are many other registrars who charge for it.
