We are making some IP changes and dns changes. The site will be back up quite shortly. Our payment gateway remains up all the and so does our mcc which are hosted on another network.

Asher.

Are you guys accepting orders? I have a customer who signed up with you more than 1 week ago, and he didn't received any information yet, nobody respond to his AIM message, I'm kinda worried, because I pointed him to you, and you're making me look bad.

Regards

hostcharge.com still down for me i get the great:

Hey, it worked !
The SSL/TLS-aware Apache webserver was
successfully installed on this website.

BTW does the MMC work like AuthNet now? What i mean is we use H-Sphere could we edit the URL for AuthNet and it send you the same info and it work? I thought this was what you guys were doing.

Try their site via IP: http://64.83.110.29

I believe (from what Asher has told me) that the new MCC that is coming out (Sept 5th last I heard) has something similar to the Authorize.net gateway. It should apparently allow programs that are setup for Authorize.net systems to be adapted to HostCharge with just a few minutes of work.

How nice is HC's admin area for clients.
Can we change a customers charge ammount or edit there info like email and stuf like this.

Do we get a list of sales for each client? as in say one client was with you 2 years, you click show clients billing history and it would list each date they a payment was made by this client .....

Because IM SICK of 2checkout !
Hell I have grey hair now :(

HostCharge has a VERY useful and intuitive MCC (the admin area you speak of). You can edit any portion of the client record from name, to address, phone, email, even the credit card number, expiration date, etc.

You can look up transactions by folio number (transaction number), email address, cost, card holders first or last name, or credit card number, and it will display a list of matching transactions.

I have accounts at 2checkout, HostCharge, and PayPal. Of the three HostCharge is hands down the best.

I have put together some screen shots of the MCC (sensative information edited out of course) to take a glance at.
