I've paid the above seller via Paypal after Christian above verified the licence was transferable.

The seller above stated that the transfer process was started but I contacted Vbulletin direct and asked a few questions and there response was:

If he had started the transfer process and provided all the verification info, then you would have been contacted. Therefore he has not done so.

Therefore Im now concerned with this purchase and requested from the seller the licence number but he so far has not responded with the number.

We can't provide the number, but have initiated contact with the seller to see what's going on.

I've just left a message on Lucas home phone ansering machine so I hope he gets in contact asap.

This is most probably the reason he's not responding to emails, PM and chat is because he's not home.
