This is an unmanaged server; unmanaged servers include support for standard reboots, network-related issues, and hardware issues. Level 3 support from qualified systems administrators is available to unmanaged clients for just $17.50/half hour. We will install CentOS 4.x+ on this server by default, unless you specifically request CentOS 5.x+, RHEL, FreeBSD, or Windows Server 2003.

Looking for a FULLY MANAGED server? For just +$50.00/month (limited time only), you can upgrade the above server to a fully managed server. Full management includes: 24/7 technical support, 24/7 PROACTIVE server monitoring (we monitor your server's services, ping, load, investigate and address any issues causing downtime/degradation of service, etc.), server optimization, security hardening, software-based anti-virus and firewall, regular OS patches/updates, CentOS 4.x+, and no root access. If you require root access, you must opt for an unmanaged server.
