Hi,
I'm using your hosting service for nearly 2 months. It has been pretty unstable all along but the worst thing happened today where the entire server went down till now.

This is very disappointing as there are no news on any maintenance earlier. If there is, I can put up announcements informing my visitors on this issue beforehand.

Please get everything running again and the negative impact is unimaginable if I'm to host any live broadcasts for events.
