We are very new to Dedicated Server but reselling hosting services since last 3 years. Now we are considering to buy our own dedicated server. Right now we are familiar with Plesk control panel. We have seen that RackShack.net is offering Dedicated server packages with reasonable charges. We have considered them for purchasing a server from them either Plesk or Ensim but the problem is they don't provide us help in managing the server and security. Can we find any company who helps in managing the Server on our behalf or any company who offer the Servers like RackShack offer plus the managing facility?

Please tell us something we can have to manage our server as a layman.

Yes, we are aware with this that what ever additional services we opt, we definately will pay for that.
