Hello WHT Community:

I happened to check my email today and see an invoice notice from Scala Hosting in my inbox. This invoice was 15 days prior to when my payment was actually due. This made me realize what an excellent web host I actually have. I began thinking of all the downtime I have had with Scala Hosting in the past... NONE. I never had to wake up in the morning wondering if my website was down due to a "technical problem", or if the company was shut down or disbanned. The support team have been nothing but excellent to me, leaving no questions unanswered, or problems unsolved.

I'm sure most of you are thinking, "Why is it always the newbies who post reviews?". Well, the truth is, most people don't speak up when they have something good to say. They only speak of the negative things. This is why I am taking the time to post this.

I actually have been familiar with the WHT community for about 8 years, when I first began designing web sites. Since then, I've been from host to host, each time hoping to find a better host than the last. WHT was actually the first place I began to hear about Scala Hosting, and I decided to sign-on with them. I was definately using my better judgement.

Anyways, I after paying my invoice 2 weeks early, I decided to log-on to scalahosting (dot) com and personally compliment one of their support team staff members. I spoke to Vince. After telling Vince how happy I was with the services of him and his colleagues, he asked me if I would be willing to write a review on here. Of course, I agreed.

I am a person who designs web sites for local businesses in my demographical area. The majority of the web sites I design are for friends and family trying to get into the online industry. If a moderator would like the name of a domain name I have hosted by Scala Hosting, please feel free to let me know. I will be more than happy to give a list to you guys. I am not posting them here because I choose to keep them anonymous to protect the privacy of my clients.

I would personally reccommend Scala Hosting to anyone out there who EXPECTS 99.9-100% uptime, and anyone who EXPECTS 24/7 support.

Thank you all for taking the time to read this!

Detailed review..and glad to see you are happy with them.. How long have you been with them?

I'm sure most of you are thinking, "Why is it always the newbies who post reviews?"

I was actually thinking why it's always the newbies who post reviews about this company. That said, post count shouldn't determine credibility all the time. :agree:

This looks like a reasonable explanation of that happening:

After telling Vince how happy I was with the services of him and his colleagues, he asked me if I would be willing to write a review on here. Of course, I agreed.

;) I second this post and have been with Scalahosting for +- 6months. The only problems i am have with Scalahosting is that you never have downtime and the support is always available 24/7. :agree:
