hi could u explain to me what the difference is if i choose not to select "Dedicated IP Address" when i register? its 1.50 pounds more so what benifits would i get or not get if i choose to take up on it.

There is no major difference when using a dedicated IP Address, some people just prefer it, it wont affect the usability or streaming in anyway.
