VAT is a central government tax (like a federal sales tax) common in all European countries. I believe it's something like 18%. The OP is stating that his prices already include that tax so it's not added on afterward.

Any test file please? Is it 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps public port?

Its a 100mbps port but capped at 10mbps

Unfortunately we have no test file for the GS2 network as of yet.
