I am looking for website layouts. I think I am going to take that road instead of trying to create my own. I found some that I like. However, I did not realize that buying a website layout was so expensive. 2,500?? Yea right. So I see two price options. One if the regular price which is about 75 dollars and the other is the actual "unique" sale price. If I get the regular price, besides not being the sole owner of the actual layout..I can alter it and stuff by changing the images and stuff?

Yes you can. you just have no guarantee that you will be the only one with that layout. If you pay the full whammy, the design will be yours and yours only.

It be nice though if they named their freaking layers in some of those templates.
