Each of the promotions is mutually exclusive, so you should definitely plot out what your needs are and where you find the most value (number of servers, back-end network connectivity, RAM). I'm sure if you would like to take advantage of the private rack promotion, a sales representative can work with you on server pricing since you'd be buying multiple servers (and they may be able to offer a discount on that volume).

One other component to factor in: Private Racks have per-shelf, per-half-rack, and per-rack fees (along with year-long contracts), so the cost will be a little more than the sum cost of the four servers in the rack. Private racks enable independent back-end networking, pooled bandwidth, and more flexibility with add-ons, so it can definitely provide an exceptional value if you need those capabilities.
