Anyone know of any remote customer services or sales positions going?

I have worked in various "big named" companies such as British Telecoms, NTL and Hfc Banking doing various jobs such as customer services, sales and support.

I've also done a lot of web/image design and site Moderating.

I am looking for a remote position or someone located in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Remote positions are fine providing that you are able to work in a quiet environment.

Have quiet environment but are talking about tele-sales and tele-customer services or via chat programs?

TheTech thank you for that link.. I'll look into it although I'd be looking for a p/h rate not per sale (not that I can't sell but p/h means I know what I'm getting!)

Ok how do I answer the calls (via redirection or do I have to make outgoing calls?)

Incoming calls are taken from head office and then the customer or potential customer would be put through to you on your mobile or preferably landline. You would be expected to make outgoing sales calls although we will cover the cost of your communications. A position will be available from the beginning of October, so you should email your CV and covering letter to me - jo@kualo.com - after which you may be called for a telephone interview. Covering letter: Why you would be suited to Kualo and the position. It enables you to be more specific than your CV to the job you are applying for - i.e. your way to get our attention.
