It's a horrible mess if you ask me, what if one of the master resellers goes AWOL or one of the resellers under the master resellers goes AWOL. What if something needs tweaked on the server for an end user, it has to go from end user to reseller to master reseller to alpha reseller and then finally to whoever runs the server.

there are some alpha's offered, but the question is, how we can guarantee the server is not errornous?

so, first thing is, search form the yahoo, google etc. with search key "alpha master reseller" when you found one, then contact the owner and ask some testing.

like:
1. how long the company operates this business
2. what is the datacenter?
3. ask them if they are a reseller also, vps or dedicated? if not, so, ask them if they have a root access, firewall or security mangement or other admin functions.
4. ask some trial period, if not, so ask the actual server ip, then you have to monitor it about 5-10 days using free softwares like (mon.itor.us)
5. you must not to pay yearly or long term, so that you can flexi your hosting, if the server is not good for 1-6 months so you can quit anytime.

I have one with mkoh.com Paid a yearly special they have now and again on the offers section. Have had no real hassles but the only problem i have with master reseller is that you have no control over you reseller accounts as any changes, bandwidth checks yo cant control. Also if your reseller changes his whm password you are stuck as you have to then contact your other host if you need to do some changes.

If your reseller client don't pay you cant even disable the account unless you contact your host.

I was under the impression it was like whm reseller but it is not so altough i have one reseller client on there (that is paying for my account) i am not really interested in using it as it is not practical. Rather get yourself a VPS with Cpanel/WHM as you will be much better off.
