I've been kicked around by hostsz claiming to be "THe Best!",. then I found:

Suck Ass Host

While other hosts attempt to fool you with idiotic backdwidth claims!, suck ass host apparently can't deliver that high of bacndiwdht so they don't advertise it, that says "QuAlItY~!"

I signed up on 8.30.2002, and while I haven't received my signup information, I am confident they will set it up fast!, its only been a few days, so I'm not worried.

So far I think they are the best host out there, with the fastest servers, and the most professional support and billing employees.

I just signed up, it took them less than 10 minutes till they sent me an email with my account info. They have the best support in the world. 3. Do you prevent your forum users from communicating with each other so that they can't plot and scheme?

4. Do you make endless promises to people which you can't or won't meet?

5. In your eyes. does the word "soon" have a meaning that could be anywhere between one day and five years?

6. Do you patronise and treat your clients with what could be seen at total contempt?

7. Does the owner of the data centre where your servers are located have any plans to go into bankruptcy protection to get out of some messy contractual obligations?

8. Do you have a heap of disclaimers on your website, and invoke them to cover up your laziness, incompetence, or sheer inability to meet the instructions of your clients? Even when they give you 2 weeks notice?

9. Will you put my email address onto your Spam Assassin list so that I can't bother you by asking awkward questions?

10. If you offer managed dedicated servers, will you ignore regular updates?

If you can answer "YES" to these basic starter questions, then I'll feel right at home with you.

Because this is EXACTLY how I was treated at my previous hosting company, (Company M )

I'm with another company (Company H) now on a fully dedicated.

It's so boring.

The servers run.
Updates happen like clockwork.
Technical support answers quickly and accurately. And manage their tickets properly.

I now actually have time to run my business and not worry about the operation of the server, or whether it will be off the air for varying periods of up to 20 hours a day, or deal with angry clients wanting to know what the hell has happened with the server again. More importantly, I have the confidence that if anything DOES go wrong, I will get action - not silence and excuses.

But if I ever miss the thrills and excitement of frontier web hosting services, I wanted to check out the services of SAH so that I have somewhere to put those rare potential clients of mine who want unlimited bandwidth, a squigabye of disk space, and top notch 1000% service for a few dollars a year.

I'm putting my faith in you SAH - I hope your company grows and prospers.

To be exact, the design took 55 of our employees 1 year to complete, but the amount of time the design required to be completed is no match for what we received in the end!

I tried signing up with SAH before the Domain Name was registered and nobody replied. After the Domain Name was registered (but before the site was up) I Emailed them again. I gave them the CC information of a friend of mine and told them to charge whatever they thought was reasonable.

I feel I have been very reasonable and patient in my demands, but it looks like I will be forced to do a chargeback. Sad, really. :bawling:

They are just not living up to the expectations of my over-active imagination. They have also been removed from my Christmas card list. One can only hope that the wright people will barr & tether them for their lackadaisical lacknessness.
