i check some thread here and i find some people integrate kayako with whmcs,

it looks likely perfect,

i want to ask some question about the integration if you may tell me.


a. do they all work well ?

b. about the login account,
can they synchronize the same account name (mail) and password?
or they are just independent using at all.
