It is our pleasure to announce that a thorough, multifaceted integration has been completed between AWBS and Saeven|CRM! The integration serves to:
give your AWBS install a more advanced helpdesk, tying the AWBS login into the Saeven|CRM login to ease the transition for your customers. This is easily connected through the internal AWBS redirection system, and our afunctions AWBS includes.
bridge logins, enabling your AWBS customers to log into Saeven|CRM using their AWBS user/pass transparently using our 'TWIRL' mechanism
provide a window onto your customer orders, right from the helpdesk ticket view in the desktop client (using our EXSD bridge)
...the above of course, are in addition to Saeven|CRM's fantastic standard feature set! Switching to a desktop-application for support has a great appeal, and is a definite time-saver!
