Hey Bonnie Thunders! :wavey:

How'd you happen to stumble into WHT?

Hi :) for the recent time I was greatly disappointed with most of seo forums (I specialize in seo mostly), so I was surfing google for small seo communities where there is no spam, no ppc or "how to earn a million" advertising, etc, in simple words "serious community". Google found very few results and in one of its results was this forum. I thought "ok, why not join it" though it is not small :) but I shall see the atmosphere, for now it looks quite great :)

i would ask the same question - how did you happen to stumble into it? ;)

I thought "ok, why not join it" though it is not smallThe SEO/SEM forum is a relatively new addition. So it could probably be considered small. But we do have several members who seem to understand this SEO madness. And we're happy to have one more! :)

how did you happen to stumble into it?heh ... a few centuries ago I was bouncing from one horrible host to another. Searching for advice on finding a good host landed me here. It was a quaint little village then. But not really that much different from the sprawling metropolis it is today. :lovewht:

Thank you, SoftWareRevue (too sad I don't know your real name)! you have found the right word for "seo madness" - yes, totally agree with you :)

Oh, lucky you! It's always so good to participate in something new and not so popular at first, to "build" it whether it is a personal website, community or project.

Thank you, SoftWareRevue (too sad I don't know your real name)!

His real name is Dennis :)

And my last name is Johnson. But Dennis Johnson doesn't make a good forum name. Besides, I don't want to be confused with Dennis Johnson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennis_Johnson).

And, putting it in an SEO perspective, I don't think any of the 828,000 google results for Dennis Johnson are about me. But I'm pretty sure most of the SoftWareRevue results are.
