is there a website that will allow nudity. i dont want to run a porn site, but it may contain nudity. what is a great provider for tis type of content. i was going to sign up with powweb, but bans this. what is a good provider that will allow me to have this type of content.

Both of these hosts allow Adult sites, but only on their respective "Power Plan's".

In the case of Hostpacket.net though, your customers are going to get compulsory censorship through constant downtime !!

They're on the improve though ... I've got faith in Hostpacket's new employee Martin, I admire his style ... I just wish he'd teach Kevin some business ethics.

There's also AMZWeb.com (maybe) ...

They state in their TOS :

"We do not have a problem with sites of an adult nature, but we do not allow pornographic sites"

... Not quite sure what that means, as most adult sites ARE or a pornographic nature.

But you mentioned your site just has nudity (not pornography), so you may want to check them out too.
