i will be hosting a portfolio website so i need a lot of diskspace for photos, videos, and other files of the sort. i think bandwidth is pretty important as far as video watching goes, and i would like to have fast upload speeds.

You can use the 'Search' feature on the top right of the page to get reviews about the hosts you mentioned. I would recommend you to look for a host with reliable fast connectivity and better uptime for your requirement.

If some ASP.NET Hosting provider is the best for you, it could be not for somebody else! So choose and test some of the preferred by you hosts, and just check if they have money back guarantee, so you can cancel the service if you are not happy in the future.

From what ive seen on here, I'd guess the best one from your list is either sharkspace or hawkhost, but only because of the positive feedback I've seen on here for them.
