I am in need of someone that is extremely competent with Windows Media Services, and C#, C++, or the VB.net framework.

This plugin needs to fetch authorized usernames and md5 hashed passwords from a mysql database.

Say the username / password is portal/test. When the stream is embeded onto the website it would need to authenticate with a user:pass@server.com/publishing_point method, otherwise it will NOT show the stream.

This also needs to have a URL Referring portion, So if the request doesn't come from http://xxyy.com/page it will NOT show the stream, otherwise it will go onto verify the username and password.

This is a fairly complex project, and I'll let competent developers give me quotes. I will choose the one that looks the best.

This needs to be completed by September 1st at the latest.
