Just wanted to login my account to see if they still charge that high fees to topup your account (as I got this promotion email as well).
Found out that they deleted my account. Looks like they delete accounts but continue to send out emails to you as account holder (does this qualify as spamming?).

Hi Rony,

Thats interesting Rony, if you have used the orderbox, youll know you cant delete reseller accounts!!

And what high fees are you talking about btw, they are the standard paypal fees as you know. We have always pledged fees are those as charged to us by paypal, and if you took the time to work them out, domains are still cheaper even taking that into consideration...

If you would like to drop me a mail, I can certainly look into your account, to see if it could be suspended, what exactly was the error you got?

Regards,
Chris

Hi Rony,

Just saw you trying to login, remember to login as a reseller, your account is active which is why you received the email.

If you would prefer to have no emails from NetEarth One, please ask, and I will suspend your account for you so that you do not recieve any emails. I like most people dont like spam, and if you feel that message was spam, saving you some $$$'s on domains, I will personally make sure you never receive mail from us again.

Kind regards,
Chris

Hi Chris

I tried to login on the same page as before again and it worked now...

Good to see that there are some more payment options then the last time (long time ago) I looked at it.

On the Add Funds page there is only written that you reduce the paypal fees. How much do you reduce for the payment methods credit card and moneybookers?

Hi Rony,

Our merchant services (credit card) are in fact identical to PayPals fees.

MoneyBookers I would NOT suggest using for resellers at the moment. WE will be setting up gateways for specific countries so that you guys still get the best deal possible.

I would say though that if you are USA based, the CC charges are quite competitive, google paypal calculator and you will finds sites that tell you the costs, here is one that works a treat : http://www.calculatepaypal.com/ . If you are using a USA cc, select the PayPal USA Merchant rate

All our fees are actual, we aren't here to make money from CC fees.

But please remember to have the CC gateway actived for you, you have to complete the forms.

Kind regards,
Chris

ps. Ill check the moneybookers gateway, as that shouldn't be live yet for resellers. :)
