Don't bother. I am one of the victims who just signed up with HostPacket and as a result it now appears I have lost 15 dollars. It's not a lot of money, but still... My account appears to be working, but I cannot login to my FTP or Cpanel. HostPacket better get their act together, otherwise they're going to lose a lot of customers, including me. Everytime something happens with a company, even the slightest down time, someone has to mention, and if not here, then other boards. Trust me, I've seen it. Now, I know we are talking about more than just some downtime, but when things like this happen, where there is more than 1 post out there already where we can talk about a specific company, you know there are people forming to do something about it. So what I mean to say is there will be somewhere you'll be able to find more information on how to stop the bills and get your money back, no matter how little it is. It's just that most of them are soley rant sites. Just to vent, and it's misleading to those that want help. |
