I need help with WHMCS template coding

I am using two languages
lang1
lang2

How can I do the following ?

If the clients select lang1 then all the .tpl files within Portal when they appear for the clients will be automaticly (Left-to-Right display)

If the clients select lang2 then all the .tpl files within Portal when they appear for the clients will be automaticly (Right-to-Left display)

hope the idea is clear
note: I don't want to change the header.tpl for some reason.
