I've been in and out of the Helpdesk over the last few hours and havent noticed any slowness at all. Are you getting any specific error messages? Hmmm... try another browser (do I dare say, IE...) and see what happens. May just be a problem with the route to us. I am in there now and am moving between screens without issue.
