I'm receiving messages from my server that certain users are way over their disk quota.Quota Limit:
80.00 MB
Quota Used: 110.95 MB
Percent Used: 138 %
The point is that they don't even use half their space.
These are active sites with app. 6000 visitors a day.
None them are running scripts, they do serve online movies.
What can be the problem ?

This could be quite interesting. I don't know the answer, but I am curious...
Does the quota thing hold other stuff besides websites and such into account? Meaning that if the quota says 80 MB, this included things like mailboxes, logfiles, and ...?

i know on the RAQ2 when ur log-file was full u couldnt make changes to ur website or upload anything. So i guess it does count against ur space.

Yes, log files and email count. Easiest fix is just to up the space a bit since you probably didn't intend logs to be part of their space. Either way, you loose HD space no matter what, so it is the most simple thing to do to silence the alerts.

Can these log files get this big ?
They have a 80mb limit, they used on actual files 30mb.

the log files will grow as much as they get visits. It's a bummer when ur running a chatroom in cgi.

True, but in theory, they will rotate out when they reach a certain size. I can't recall what that is...

Well about that rotating,

It only works when i start it up by hand.
