the form
simple support request form once filled in by your customers they receive a receipt and a ticket number ,the ticket number is generated by the script.
Each of the recipients on your list will receive a copy of the request .

this is ideal for small hosting companies run by 1-3 people it allows you to redirect support emails to another recipient when you are unavailable etc..

Im looking for one to take support@unitedhosting.co.uk and insert them into a web interface for my staff to share access too. I dont like perldesk though.

then goto http://simplybehosted.com/support/support.php to fill out the form
click send and check your inbox


Please delete your email from the admin when your done
