Can someone tell me about the OntimeOnline.com colocation offer? I'm thinking about going with their 2U plan. Some feedback would be appreciated. I like them because their free tech support and the bandwidth costs around $2.07/gig. If anyone can beat this please send me an email offer at kevlers@aol.com. If you send me an email give me the price of bandwidth including the monthly rack fee and any setup fees there may be.

Thanks,
Kevin Stratvert

Since when can Cisco 12000's handle OC48? I thought anyone pushing OC12 or higher was using Juniper M160s?

Might be fed through an optical multiplexor. And divided into seperate channels for each router.

Good point. I hadn't considered that. I know that the newest version of the GSRs are supposed ot be able to handle the higher OC connections, but I have not heard of any in production.

Kevin,

I've never heard of them, but their prices seem to be okay (although as a side note, their 404 error page seems to be broken: http://www.ontimeonline.com/somthingdifferent.html :)).

However, I think you can get better colocate deals from:

Charles at http://www.dtwebworks.com
Jeff at http://www.serverhost.com

Both of whom are active members of this board, and have impressed most members with knowledge and professionalism.

My apology about the rules. I'll be more careful next time.
